We truly appreciate your business and continue to do our best to earn your trust

If you're not 100% satisfied,
we will gladly refund your money (less shipping charges).
Please contact us within 2 business days of receipt of your purchase to let us know
you wish to make a return or if there is an error in your order.
Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned.
We cannot stress this enough...
open your package upon receipt and check your order.

Special orders and custom orders are not returnable.

We always double check orders before they are shipped.
If you discover something is missing or damaged, we can't stress this enough ...
You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order
or there is nothing we can do.

In the event of damage during shipping, please keep all packing materials for inspection
as no returns can be processed without them.

Unless there was an error on our part, you are responsible for return shipping via either UPS or Insured Mail.
If you choose to return something without insurance, we are not responsible
for the item if it gets lost or damaged in transit and no refund will be made.
The cost of insurance is nominal and we strongly recommend it.

Items returned must be in their original condition and in the original box.
Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will promptly send
you a full refund of your purchase price (less shipping charges unless there was an error on our part).
